Why should I pay for Eazo when there are free tools?

Free tools often cost you more than you think - in lost clients. They're either complicated for customers, force them to sign up, or look amateurish and lead people away from your website. Eazo keeps the customer with you, is lightning fast and looks professional. It pays for itself with the first client you save who would have given up on a complicated form.

Will Eazo slow down my website?

Not at all. Eazo is built on modern technology and loads asynchronously. Your website loads first, and only then - without any stutter - does the booking widget quietly get ready. Your website stays as fast as before.

Do my clients get a booking confirmation automatically?

Yes. As soon as the booking is complete, the client gets an e-mail confirming the time, place and price, if any. You get a notification at the same time. The reminder e-mail before the appointment is set up in the admin.

How will I find out about a new booking?

We e-mail you every new booking straight away. You can also see all appointments in a clear calendar in the admin and export them to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar via an iCal feed.

How does the Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook connection work?

In the admin you can connect your Google or Microsoft account to Eazo (on the Pro and Business plans). Eazo then writes every confirmed booking to your calendar as an event and, for online services, generates a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link right away. For this, Eazo only needs permission to read, create and edit events in your calendar (to avoid double bookings) - it reads or changes nothing else in your account. You can disconnect at any time with one click in the admin.

Can I match the widget colours to my website?

Yes. In the settings you choose the main colour, a light or dark theme and the language. The widget then matches your design - no developer needed.

Does Eazo work on WordPress or Webflow?

Yes, on all of them. Just paste one line of HTML - no plugin, no app. It works anywhere you can edit the page source code.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Nothing happens automatically and we won't charge you anything. Your workspace moves to the Free plan, with up to 2 services and unlimited bookings. You can switch to a paid plan whenever you like.
