4. Plans, trial period and prices
4.1 Plans offered
| Plan | Price/month | Intended for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | CZK 0 | Getting started and small businesses (unlimited bookings, at most 2 services, 1 workspace, basic features). |

All prices are stated excluding VAT, which will be charged at the statutory rate. Users based outside the Czech Republic may be invoiced in euros (EUR) according to the current price list. A discount equivalent to two months may be granted for annual payment. The current scope and limits of each plan are listed on the Pricing page.
4.2 Pro plan trial period
A new Account may be granted a trial period of the Pro plan for 30 days free of charge. After the trial period ends, the User may choose a paid plan; if they do not, the Account continues on the Free plan with the corresponding limits. The trial period is intended for new Accounts and must not be repeatedly abused.
5. Payment terms
- Paid plans are paid in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annually) by payment card through the secure Stripe payment gateway.
- The tax document is issued and made available to the User electronically by the Stripe payment gateway.
- If the card payment cannot be processed, the Provider is entitled to restrict or suspend access to paid features or to move the Account to the free plan.
- The subscription may renew automatically for another period of the same length unless the User cancels it before the end of the current period.
6. Cancellation and termination
The User may cancel a paid plan or the Account at any time, without a notice period and without penalties. After a paid plan is cancelled, the Account moves to the Free plan. Payments already made for the current period are generally not refunded unless agreed otherwise or required by law. The Provider may terminate the contract or close the Account in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms; the Provider will inform the User reasonably in advance and allow them to export their data where possible.
7. Rules of use
The User undertakes in particular not to:
- use the Service for unlawful activities or contrary to good morals,
- disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the Service or attempt unauthorised access,
- overload the Service with automated access beyond normal use,
- make the Account available to unauthorised persons.
The User is responsible for the content and data they process through the Service and for fulfilling their obligations towards End Customers, including the duty to provide information on the protection of personal data.
8. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. With respect to the data of End Customers, the Provider acts as a processor and the User as a controller; the rules of this relationship are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), the full text of which is available in a separate document and which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, the User expressly agrees to this Data Processing Agreement.
9. Availability of the Service and liability
The Provider strives for maximum availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or loss of data. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the last 12 months.
10. Changes to the Terms and the Service
The Provider is entitled to reasonably change the Service and these Terms, in particular in response to the development of the Service or legislation. The Provider will inform the User of material changes by e-mail or within the Service reasonably in advance. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, the User agrees to the changes.
11. Final provisions
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction in the Czech Republic. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
These Terms are drawn up in Czech and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
